Jason Richard

A lifelong Wisconsin resident, Jason Richard grew up in Racine and Milwaukee before earning his law degree from Marquette University Law School. Licensed in both Wisconsin and Illinois, he has been practicing law since 1999 with a singular focus: showing up fully for clients who need committed legal counsel in their corner.

Jason began his career on the defense side, representing insurance companies and corporate interests — but it didn’t take long to realize he was on the wrong side of the courtroom. He switched to plaintiff work and hasn’t looked back. Since then, he has recovered over $32,000,000 in settlements and verdicts for injured clients, trying and settling thousands of cases across personal injury, business disputes, and family law.

He has also guided countless clients through the difficult terrain of divorce and family separation — approaching each case with the same tenacity he brings to trial, while working to make an inherently painful process as smooth as possible for everyone involved.

In 2026, Jason merged his personal injury practice with Tabak Law, LLC, where he now serves as a Managing Attorney.
