Zachary Zdroik
Zachary Zdroik is a United States Marine Corps combat veteran and longtime veterans advocate based in Wisconsin. After serving as an infantry Marine with 2nd Battalion, 1st Marines — including a deployment to Iraq during Operation Steel Curtain — Zach dedicated his post-service career to helping veterans navigate complex systems and access the benefits and support they earned.
Zach studied Criminal Justice and Human Services, building a foundation that strengthened his work in advocacy, case management, and community support.
He has held multiple veteran-focused leadership roles, including County Veterans Service Officer, Executive Director of a veteran nonprofit, Senior Case Manager, and Veterans Department Manager at Tabak Law. His work has spanned VA disability claims, homeless veteran support, community partnerships, nonprofit development, and improving services for veterans and their families.
Zach is also an author, speaker, and advocate whose personal story is shaped by military service, childhood trauma, the loss of his mother, and a continued mission to turn hardship into hope for others.
