Brad Behling

Brad Behling serves as the Claims Investigations Manager at Tabak Law, where he leads a team dedicated to developing the strongest possible disability claims for veterans. A retired Chief Master Sergeant with 25 years of service in the United States Air Force, Brad has spent his career leading people, mentoring future leaders, and advocating for those who have served.

Following his military retirement, Brad continued his commitment to veterans as a Veterans Service Officer before serving in executive leadership roles in nonprofit and private-sector organizations. He earned a Master of Business Administration along with undergraduate degrees in Business and Human Resources, bringing both operational expertise and a passion for developing people to his role at Tabak Law.

Brad believes that every veteran deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. He is committed to fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and teamwork while helping both veterans and his team succeed.

Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time with his daughters, Arielle and Rachel, and his granddaughter, Sophia. He also enjoys walking, golfing, fitness, and lifelong learning, and continues to find purpose in mentoring others and giving back to the veteran community.
