Taylor Forman

Taylor Forman is a Supervising Attorney with Tabak Law in the Social Security Disability Department. Taylor grew up in the Chicagoland suburbs and graduated from DePaul University in 2019 after receiving her bachelors degree in Political Science and History. Taylor received her law degree from Marquette University Law School in 2023.  While in law school Taylor was an active member of both the Pro Bono Society and Public Interest Law Society.

Prior to joining Tabak, Taylor began her career working at a public interest Attorney,  where she practiced Social Security Disability, as well as handled various estate and elder matters. Taylor has since joined Tabak Law’s Social Security Disability division where she has focused her practice to advocating for our clients at the Hearing Level.

In her free time, Taylor enjoys traveling, finding new hiking spots throughout Wisconsin, and spending quality time with her husband and their two dogs, Bruno and Benji.
