Abby Fryman
Abby Fryman is an associate attorney with Tabak Law in the Veterans Affairs Department. She graduated from Shawnee State University in 2018, where she was a member of the university’s tennis team, before earning her law degree from the Florida State University College of Law in 2021. While in law school, she volunteered with the Veterans Legal Clinic, where she discovered her passion for advocating on behalf of those who served our country. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2021.
Prior to joining Tabak Law, she commissioned as an officer in the United States Marine Corps and served as a Judge Advocate from 2019 to 2026. During her military service, she worked as both a prosecuting attorney and a Victims’ Legal Counsel, representing and advocating for service members through complex legal matters. She is passionate about continuing to serve the veteran community and believes every veteran deserves an advocate who will take the time to understand their unique story. As a veteran herself, she strives to make each client feel heard, understood, and supported while helping them maximize the benefits they earned through their service.
In her spare time, she enjoys working out, reading, and spending time with her husband and their two daughters.
