Nicole Ricco

Nikki is a Manager at the firm and a driving force behind the success of the Veterans Department, where she plays a critical role in supporting veterans as they pursue the benefits and compensation they deserve. Since joining the firm in June 2020 as a Paralegal, she has consistently set herself apart through her work ethic, leadership, and unwavering commitment to client advocacy.

Her growth within Tabak Law has been both rapid and well-earned. After quickly distinguishing herself early on, she was promoted to Senior Paralegal in 2022, and in January 2026, advanced to her current role as Manager. In this position, Nikki has become instrumental in shaping processes, developing team members, and ensuring the department operates at a high level. Her leadership, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex VA matters make her a trusted resource across the organization.

Nikki earned her Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies from Milwaukee Area Technical College in 2020. Her passion for serving veterans is deeply personal—her husband is a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, giving her a direct and meaningful connection to the challenges many veterans face. This perspective fuels her dedication to guiding clients through the claims process with care, precision, and respect.
