Robert Wankmuller

Robert Wankmuller brings years of experience and compassionate guidance to every
case. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Creighton University in 2016,
Robert continued his academic journey at NYU before returning to Creighton to
complete his legal education. Robert graduated from Creighton University School of
Law in 2022 with a CALI award for outstanding achievement in family law. He was
admitted to practice in 2022 and is licensed to practice in Nebraska state and Federal
court.

Robert began his legal career as a Social Security Disability attorney working at a law
firm in Omaha, Nebraska, before a brief period of practicing Family Law. Robert joined
the team at Tabak in 2025 and he is now using his previous experience in Social
Security Disability to advocate for our clients at the hearing level.

Robert is also committed to serving his community through volunteer work. As a
certified Guardian Ad Litem and Pro Bono Partner with the Volunteer Lawyers Project,
Robert is proud to provide legal support to those in need.

Outside the office, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife Kerri and their pets,
tending to his garden, watching old science fiction and horror films, and playing Dnd
with his old law school study group.
