Ronald Cosco joined Tabak Law in September 2025 as an Intake Lead, bringing a strong background in leadership, operational excellence, and client service. With a passion for building high-performing teams and enhancing the client experience, Ronald quickly established himself as a leader committed to delivering exceptional support to Veterans navigating the VA disability claims process.

Recognizing his ability to develop people, improve processes, and drive results, Ronald was promoted to lead the creation and growth of Tabak Law’s CARE Team: Customer Service. As Manager of the CARE Team, he oversees a rapidly expanding department dedicated to providing Veterans with timely, accurate case updates while ensuring every client receives compassionate, responsive, and personalized service. His team serves as a vital connection between clients and the firm, reinforcing Tabak Law’s commitment to transparency, communication, and advocacy.

Ronald is passionate about cultivating a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. By empowering his team and implementing client-focused strategies, he has helped strengthen the firm’s service model and enhance the overall client experience for Veterans across the country.
